POLICY ON THE USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
Policy #06.02.1998
“rev. 5/03/2004”
The Carlisle Public Schools are the educational facilities for the children
of Carlisle. Their primary purpose is to provide for the regular school
day program and for school-related after-school programs.
The public schools belong to the people who created them by consent and support
them by taxation. The Carlisle School Committee desires that other townspeople
also enjoy maximum use of the school property when the facilities are not
in educational use.
The public school property must be used in a responsible manner and preserved
and protected for the enjoyment of all.
The administration shall schedule and manage the use of the public school facilities according to the rules, regulations and procedures adopted by the Carlisle School Committee.
